CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES : please be aware that the postal system is much slower at this time of year and your cards may not reach you in time, if you require them urgently please use the special delivery option.
 
 1.  Can I change the words on the front of the card?
 
Yes most cards can be personalised , text, names, numbers can all be changed, unless otherwise indicated.
there is a box to fill in next to the description of each card, where you can leave the details you require on the card. 
 
 2.  Can I have a message written on the inside of my card?
 
Yes there is also a box next to the description to enter the details you would like in the card.
 
3.  Can my card be sent direct to the recipient?
 
Yes I am happy to send the card direct, please change the postal address & leave a note to let me know it is to be sent direct in the 'special instructions box' or email me after purchase.
 
4. How can I pay?
 
Payments are by Paypal, you do not need a paypal account to pay, just a credit/debit card. I also accept payments by post, cheques & postal orders are payable to Sarah Barnham
 
5. How safe is my card payment?
 
payments are made through Paypal who are a secure card processor, non of your personal information is seen by myself or stored on this website.
 
6.  Postage & Packing
 
Cards are posted in a sturdy brown postage box or board backed envelope to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. They are posted by 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail. Larger orders may be sent by recorded or special delivery, according to value.
Special Delivery :  I can post by special next day delivery, but please bear in mind I have to actually make the cards so they will be posted the day after they are ordered.
 
7. Returns
 
I do accept returns within 14 days of receipt, I regret I cannot accept returns of personalised items. please contact me via email if you wish to return the item. Please note I do not refund return postage.
 
8. How can I contact you?
 
Please see the 'contact us' page for details, I usually try to answer all enquiries as soon as they come in, as I am available most of the day but please allow 24 hrs for an answer.
 
9. How Quickly can you send my order?
 
All cards are handmade to order and I aim to post them within 48 hrs. I will send an notification email when your order is ready to post.
 
10. My Card is wrong/ damaged etc
 
In the event there is a problem with your card, please contact me and i will arrange a replacement. this applies if i have made an error or the card is damaged by the postal system. I do not expect them to be returned but may request a photo to clarify the problem.
 
Please make sure name spellings/dates are correct at the time of ordering.  I cannot replace a card if an error is made (unless it is my own) I do check general spelling and will email you if I am unsure of anything else ( e.g the date has the wrong year)
 
11. privacy
 
Sarah Barnham Cards repects your privacy and would never pass your details onto a 3rd party. I do not keep any information regarding you or your order any information given is used to process and send your order and nothing else. All transactions are secure and i do not see any of your financial information.
 
 12. variations in Card design/materials
 
From time to time elements of the card may be slightly different to the ones shown, this due to the card being handmade to order,& elements of the card being handmade (eg paper roses) actual components purchased from different suppliers sometimes vary etc. The card may also look different due to your own monitor settings.
 
Please note some cards may contain small parts and are not suitable for handling by young children, they are not to be used as toys and are for decorative purposes only.
